Chicken Wrapped in Bacon

Friends, what is better than tender and tasty chicken? The chicken has extra flavoring from the seasoning and bacon. Once you serve this recipe to your guest, they will request the recipe. This is great as an appetizer. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and the same recipe becomes the best appetizer.

Ingredients: Ms. Dash seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

4 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)

1 (12 oz.) package bacon


Flatten the chick breast to about 1/2" thickness. (Chicken can be flatten with placing the meat in between two pieces of plastic wrap or Ziploc bag. Strike the covered chicken with a mallet or anything heavy to place weight on the chicken). Season the chicken on both sides. Wrap the chicken with a slice of bacon. Place the chicken in a preheat cast iron skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve with your favorite vegetable, pasta, or rice.
