1 pkg (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg chocolate white, milk, or dark
Crush the sandwich cookies in a food processor or in a ziploc bag. Place the crushed cookies in a bowl. Add the softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or scoop, form 1 inch balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator to chill for at least 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double broiler. Remove the baking sheet from the refrigerator. Place the balls one by one into the melted chocolate. Gently tap to remove any excess chocolate. Place the coated balls back onto the baking sheet. Allow the balls to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
For decorations, you can add sprinkles or a drizzle of the opposite type of chocolate.
