Coconut, Chocolate and Nut Cookie


2 cups coconut flakes

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

3 tbsp nuts

3/4 condensed milk


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Line a pan with parchment paper.

Mix together milk, coconut, and nuts until blended. Add chocolate. Dough will be very sticky.

Scoop onto prepared baking sheet. Slightly press down with the back of a spoon.

Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until the coconut begins to turn golden brown.

Store in a refrigerated air tight container up to 7 days.
