Coffee with Pumpkin Cream Foam


Coffee, freshly brewed

1 cup heavy whipping cream or oats milk

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (omit for dairy free)

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Brew a fresh cup or pot of coffee. Whisk together the whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk. (Utilizing a frothier gains a stronger foam.) Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Place in the refrigerator until ready for use.

Pour the freshly made coffee into a cup, add the cream, and top with the pumpkin pie spice.
