Cream cheese balls are a normal part of any party in the family or the balls make a beautiful fruit and cheese tray. The cheese ball is mild, tasty, and can be eaten with crackers or vegetables. It is best to make a day before serving.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup green peppers, finely chopped
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp seasoning salt
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except pecans. Place a sheet of plastic wrap down on the counter. Place 1/2 of the chopped pecans on the plastic wrap. Place the cream cheese mixture on top of the pecans. Cover the top and sides of the mixture with the remaining pecans.
