Peanut Butter Balls

18 oz peanut butter (softened)

1 box confectioners sugar

1 1/3 cups graham crackers (finely crumbled)

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter

12 oz chocolate morsels


Combine peanut butter, sugar, graham crackers, and butter into a mixing bowl. Mix together until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.

Form the mixture into balls and place on the baking sheets.

Transfer to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the mixture hardens.

Heat chocolate over a double broiler. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet to harden about 30 minutes.

Tip: Add water to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Place a heat resistant bowl on top of the water but on touching. Add the chocolate to the bowl and stir until all of the morsels are melted. If the chocolate becomes stiff add a few drops of oil at a time.

Place in a sealed container.
